Biography

Byunggyu Park is a senior patent attorney at the Hwain IP Law Group with nearly decades of experience in the intellectual property field.

He graduated from Hongik University with a degree in Computer Science and also holds degrees in Chemical Engineering. He has developed extensive expertise in computer science, software, and artificial intelligence (AI), providing legal and strategic support in protecting innovations in these rapidly evolving fields. He has also represented clients such as Coupang, advising on IP strategy for cutting-edge technologies.

His practice includes ongoing collaboration with university-industry cooperation programs, supporting academic research and the commercialization of advanced computing technologies.
